About Evidace

Evidace is a service for documenting work with photos, creating reports, and sharing a verifiable link. Service operator: Lumi.

Your materials

You can add photos, descriptions, addresses, and other information to a report. By uploading materials to Evidace, you confirm that you may use them and share them through the service.

Publications and verification

After publication, Evidace preserves the state of that published report version. If a report changes later, a new publication is created and the previous one stays in its history. Evidace confirms the state of the stored publication, not whether the work was performed, the identity of the contractor, or the actual camera capture time.

File availability

Original photos and PDFs are available for a period that depends on the plan. Published-report data, publication history, and verification links remain available independently of large-file availability under the current product model.

Paid features

Some limits and file-availability periods can be increased with Evidace Pro. Subscription details are set out in the Subscription Terms.

Service availability

Evidace may occasionally be unavailable while we carry out maintenance or technical work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always available on this page.
