Evidace Privacy Policy
This page briefly explains the data Evidace processes to provide the service.
Data we process
Evidace may process: • Telegram account data needed to operate the bot; • photos and information added to reports; • technical service and security data; • subscription and payment information needed to provide Pro and support. For Telegram Stars, Evidace does not receive or store bank-card details.
Why we use data
Data is used to create and store reports, publish and verify them, run subscriptions, provide support, and keep the service secure.
Public links
Anyone holding a public link can open the published report version and previews available for that publication.
Service providers
Telegram, infrastructure providers, and storage providers may process data to operate Evidace. Telegram Stars services process payment-related data.
Storage periods
Original-photo and PDF availability depends on the plan. Publication information and verification links remain available under the current product model.
