Evidace Pro Subscription Terms
Terms for an Evidace Pro subscription purchased with Telegram Stars.
What Pro includes
• up to 200 new reports per subscription period; • 20 GB of storage; • original photos and PDFs are available through the paid period and for another 180 days after it ends.
Payment
The Telegram Stars subscription covers 30 days and renews automatically. The price in Stars is shown immediately before payment.
Auto-renewal
If auto-renewal is enabled, Telegram charges the stated number of Stars at the start of the next period.
Cancellation
You may disable auto-renewal before the next charge. Pro remains active through the already paid period in the ordinary course.
Refunds
For Telegram Stars refund questions, contact Evidace support: support@evidace.com. Refunds are considered through the available Telegram Stars tools. A successful refund may end the corresponding paid Pro entitlement.
After Pro ends
Ending Pro does not remove published-report history or invalidate verification links. Existing file-availability periods follow the current product policy and are not shortened by billing.
